Here’s a delicious crepe recipe that looks and tastes sophisticated, but is super simple to make. In fact, you probably already have the ingredients on hand—so what are you waiting for? Heat up the griddle and get cooking!

Ingredients

Serving Size: 4

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

4 bananas, sliced

Whipped cream

Directions

  1. Add the flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and butter to your Whiskware™ Batter Mixer and shake until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  3. Cook each crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, then flip to cook the other side.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup of chocolate hazelnut spread onto the crepe. Arrange 1 sliced banana down the center. Roll the crepe, and keep it warming on the pan for about 90 seconds. Serve topped with whipped cream.

TIP: You can use any fruit for this recipe. Strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, and pineapple are all great options!
