Use this simple but delicious crepe recipe with any of your favorite fillings.
IngredientsServing Size: 4 crepes
3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
- Combine all ingredients in a Whiskware™ Batter Mixer and shake until smooth. Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Heat a large, lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto pan and tilt pan with a circular motion to evenly coat surface.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the bottom is slightly brown. Carefully flip crepe and cook other side.
- Fill with fruit and yogurt, ham and cheese, ice cream and berries, or your favorite crepe filling.
