Classic Crepes

Use this simple but delicious crepe recipe with any of your favorite fillings.


Serving Size: 4 crepes

3 eggs

3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 pinch of salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a Whiskware™ Batter Mixer and shake until smooth. Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a large, lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto pan and tilt pan with a circular motion to evenly coat surface.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the bottom is slightly brown. Carefully flip crepe and cook other side.
  4. Fill with fruit and yogurt, ham and cheese, ice cream and berries, or your favorite crepe filling.
