Garlic Lover's Garlic Lime Marinade

Get ready, garlic lovers. National Garlic Day falls on April 19th and you’ll love celebrating with this potent marinade. Fresh garlic and garlic-infused oil add a one-two punch of garlicky flavor, balanced against mustard and lime. It’s quick and easy to mix and will perk up any cut of poultry or meat.


Serving Size: 4

6 tablespoons garlic-infused olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 cloves garlic, minced



1.     Add all ingredients to your Whiskware Dressing Shaker and whisk until well combined.

2.     Pour into a sealed Ziploc bag with your preferred meat, and marinate for a few hours or overnight.
