Leftover Stuffing Waffles

There’s no real rule to making Leftover Stuffing Waffles—except that they’re guaranteed to become a family favorite. This easy-as-can-be recipe will help you repurpose your Thanksgiving leftovers into something entirely fresh and new.


Serving Size: 1

4 cups stuffing, crumbled

2 eggs

2 tablespoons chicken or vegetable stock (more as needed)

leftover cranberry sauce or gravy for topping




    Spray waffle iron with cooking spray and preheat.

      Whisk eggs and stock together in your Whiskware™ Egg Mixer.

        Add egg mixture and stuffing to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined with a thick batter-like consistency. Add more stock if batter is not liquid enough; add more stuffing if batter is not thick enough. 

          Spoon batter onto waffle iron and cook until browned. Serve topped with leftover cranberry sauce or gravy.
