Ingredients

Serving Size: 2 pancakes

1 1/3 cup milk

1 1/4 cup flour

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 egg

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon baking powder

diced mango

dollop of coconut-flavored yogurt

shredded coconut

pure maple syrup or honey

  1. Lightly grease and preheat a griddle or large skillet.
  2. Add all ingredients from milk through baking powder to your Whiskware Batter Mixer and shake until combined. 
  3. Pour rounds of batter onto griddle or skillet, then add a generous amount of diced mango to each pancake. Cook until golden, flipping once.
  4. Serve topped with a dollop of coconut-flavored yogurt, additional mango, shredded coconut, and pure maple syrup or honey.
