Directions

  1. Step 1.

    Add eggs and milk to your Whiskware Egg Mixer and whisk together. 

  2. Step 2.

    Spray a 12-inch nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat on medium-low.

  3. Step 3.

    Pour egg into pan and swirl pan around so that a thin layer of egg covers the bottom of the entire pan. Season with salt and pepper and cook until egg is firm.

  4. Step 4.

    Lay tortilla on a cutting board. Using a spatula, slide eggs on top of tortilla so that they are aligned (the sizes of the egg disc and the tortilla will be similar).

  5. Step 5.

    Sprinkle fillings of choice evenly across top of eggs, then roll tortilla to form a wrap. 

  6. Step 6.

    Cut in half and enjoy immediately, or wrap in foil and take to go.
