Ordering

When will my credit card be refunded?

After we have confirmation of your return, you will receive a refund to your method of payment within 48 hours.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You should receive a confirmation email within an hour of order placement. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been prepared for shipment.

Will I be charged sales tax?

When required by law, sales tax will be included in online purchases and reflected in your cart total during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

It may be possible to update or cancel an order within 15 minutes of checking out if we are actively processing your order. Please reach out to our customer service team at 1-877-215-9509 to see if changes are still possible.

Why did you call me to verify order information?

We may contact you with questions about your shipping address, product information, or credit card information to ensure that your order is processed correctly.

Does Whiskware™ offer a reseller program?

Shipping

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Yes. Typically, customers enter APO in the City field and AE or AP in the State field. You may also ship to a PO Box.

Where will my package ship from?

Packages ship from our corporate office in Lehi, Utah.

How long will it take my order to be delivered?

In general, shipments to Canada and the United States take no longer than 10 business days. International orders vary by location and delivery days may be affected by border conditions.

Why is my international order shipping to California?

In an effort to keep international shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, we have partnered with Bongo International – an international shipping company located in California. After arriving in California, your package will be routed to your address.

Why does tracking show that my package hasn’t moved for a few days?

If your tracking isn’t available on the USPS site it means that it’s still on its way from DHL. DHL transfers the package to USPS for delivery, so USPS won’t show updates until they receive the package a day or so prior to delivery. During the transfer from DHL to USPS it may take several days for the tracking to update.

How do I check my order status?

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.

When I track my order, it shows that it has still not left Utah, even though it's been several days. Why is that?

Packages that ship using FedEx SmartPost use a combination of FedEx and USPS shipping methods. As a result, tracking scans online are often delayed. Packages shipped within the continental U.S. should be received within 5-10 business days. If you still have a question or concern about your order, please contact ushere.

Can I ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. In an effort to keep shipping costs low and streamline duty and tax calculation, we have partnered with Bongo International.


At checkout, simply choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase.
We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Care and Use

How do I properly store my Whiskware™ brand product?

Whiskware™ products can be stored in a cupboard, as you would any other cup. We recommend keeping the lid loose rather than tightly closed.

How do I clean my Whiskware™ brand product?

You may wash your Whiskware™ brand products by hand with soap and warm water or on the top rack in the dishwasher.

Manufacturing

What type of plastic are Whiskware™ products made from?

The Batter Mixer and Egg Mixer are made of #2 HDPE and #5 PP plastic, which is the same kind of plastic used for most food containers (e.g., ketchup bottles and margarine containers). The Dressing Shaker is made out of BPA free Eastman Tritan™ plastic or durable soda-lime glass. 

Are Whiskware™ products patented?

Yes. Whiskware products are protected under multiple U.S. and international patents – both issued and pending. The BlenderBottle Company aggressively protects its intellectual property rights. Whiskware™ and BlenderBall® are registered trademarks.

Are Whiskware™ products lead-free?

Yes.

Do Whiskware™ products meet European government standards?

Yes.

What is the BlenderBall® whisk made of?

Polished 316 (surgical-grade) stainless steel.

Where are Whiskware™ products made?

Our corporate offices are located in Lehi, Utah. Our products are designed in the USA and responsibly manufactured in China.

How do I file a warranty claim?

For customers residing in the United States or Canada, please fill out the warranty claim formhere. For customers outside of the U.S. and Canada, please contact the store where you purchased your product.

Are my products covered under warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty. If your Whiskware™ product fails during normal use, please fill our warranty claim form here. Please keep the bottle until you receive an e-mail confirmation from us regarding your warranty.

Is the Batter Mixer dishwasher safe?

Yes. We recommend putting all parts on the top rack. If the bottle itself doesn’t fit, put it on the bottom rack, as far away from the heating element as possible to prevent warping. Toss the BlenderBall® whisk into the silverware bin.

Do I need to remove the BlenderBall® whisk if I store extra batter in the fridge?

Nope. The BlenderBall® whisk is made from electropolished 316 surgical-grade stainless steel (which means that it’s of the same quality as surgical instruments.) It’s designed to remain inside the bottle until you’ve used up all the batter.

How many pancakes does this make?

That depends on the size of the pancakes. In general, we find that it makes enough pancakes to feed a family of four.

What kind of batter can I mix with this?

The Batter Mixer is perfect for pancake, waffle, and crepe batters (from scratch or from a mix), and just about anything else with a similar consistency. We don’t recommend using it to mix up thicker batters such as those for muffins or banana bread. 

Dressing Shaker FAQ

Can I mix thicker dressings, like Ranch or Caesar?

Yes. The BlenderBall® whisk whips around inside as you shake, blending even the thickest ingredients.

What is your return policy?

Any unused product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Feel free to request a return label through our portal here.

Is the Dressing Shaker dishwasher safe?

Yes. We recommend putting all parts on the top rack and the BlenderBall® whisk in the silverware bin. We also recommend disassembling the lid before cleaning. To do so, rest one hand on top of the lid, and press the red slider into the lid. The top will pop off.

Do I need to remove the BlenderBall® whisk if I store my dressing in the fridge?

Nope. The BlenderBall® whisk is made from electropolished 316 surgical-grade stainless steel. (Which basically means that it’s of the same quality as surgical instruments.) It’s designed to remain inside the shaker until you’ve used up all the dressing.

Egg Mixer FAQ

What’s the point?

Because no one likes extra dishes or yolky countertops. We made a tool that can crack, separate, whisk, and easily pour your egg mixtures into the frying pan.

When should I use this?

It’s perfect for making omelets, scrambled eggs, crepes, or French toast egg mixtures.

What if I don’t love it?

You are welcome to return any unused product in its’ original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Is the Egg Mixer dishwasher safe?

Yes. We recommend removing the egg cracker and yolk separator and putting all parts on the top rack. You can toss the BlenderBall® whiskinto the silverware bin.

How many eggs can I whisk in this?

As many as you want, as long as you want eight or less.

How can I tell if the lid is fully closed?

Before shaking your bottle, you’ll want to ensure that the lid is securely closed by holding the bottle in one hand and pressing firmly on the lid with the palm of your other hand. The lid will make a click as it locks into place.

Are Whiskware™ products microwavable?

While the plastics used in Whiskware™ products are safe, microwaving is strongly discouraged. The leak-proof seal can allow pressure to build up inside the bottle/jars when heating, causing the lids or flip caps to open unexpectedly and spray contents. Never microwave any products with the BlenderBall® wire whisk inside.

Can I freeze my Whiskware™ product?

Generally, we do not recommend freezing any Whiskware™ products. Like most plastic bottles, our products may become brittle and more susceptible to cracking or breaking when frozen. If you decide to freeze the contents, please make sure to leave room at the top, as well as the cap open, for the contents to expand.

Can Whiskware™ products be used to mix hot liquids?

No. Hot or warm liquids may build up pressure within the bottle and cause the cap to open unexpectedly and spray contents.
