Potato, potata frittato, frittata? OK, that's not really a thing. But it is fun to say almost as much fun as this Banana Frittata is to eat. This is one frittata recipe that even your kids will love and for variety, try it with apples instead.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoons butter
- Powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat the broiler.
Add flour, salt, sugar, milk, and eggs to your Whiskware Egg Mixer and shake until smooth.
Heat oil and butter in a 9-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Pour the mixture in by spoonfuls, spreading it evenly across the pan, then add sliced bananas.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly browned.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
