Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoons butter
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat the broiler. Add flour, salt, sugar, milk, and eggs to your Whiskware Egg Mixer and shake until smooth. Heat oil and butter in a 9-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour the mixture in by spoonfuls, spreading it evenly across the pan, then add sliced bananas. Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
