    Handle pops off!! Hard to open for kids

    I bought three of these for my kids for a road trip. They cannot open these on their own! The lids are interchangeable so you can stack how you want..sounds good in theory but that means the handle pops off easily when you’re just trying to open it. So then once the handle is off, you have to twist the lids off…think trying to open a new jar of jelly and you can’t muscle it without trying lots of times..yes that’s how it is to open. Now imagine giving it to your 5 year old. There’s no way a child can open it. I contacted customer service with a video and they said there’s nothing wrong with my set. We like the graphics so I guess we’ll use them as bowl….bc it’s not a convenient snacking cup as advertised. Don’t waste your money bc these are hard to open!!!!
    I’ve only had them 4 weeks. Really disappointed.
    I like the graphics bc they are my kids favorite characters. That is all.

    We're sorry to hear you've been having a difficult time with your snacking container lids. To loosen a well-tightened lid, we recommend placing another jar (or the carry handle) on top, grabbing the bottom jar by the base (not the lid) and twisting all the way counter-clockwise until the jar catches on the Twist n' Lock ridge and loosens the lid.     Mickey/Pluto Snack Container

    Shipping took about 2 weeks. I love the containers however Pluto's legs are two different colors. I thought mine was misprinted but the photo above shows it the same way. The rest is so cute, it just looks a little odd.
