1 cups self-rising flour
1 cup milk
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup finely grated cheese
1 1/2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Add the flour, milk, salt, and eggs to your Whiskware™ Batter Mixer and shake until smooth. Add the cheese and herbs and shake again.
- Add 1/2 tbsp. of oil to a large pan and warm on low heat.
- Pour the batter to form three or four pikelets. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
