1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons dry instant coffee
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

1. Add egg, buttermilk, egg, coffee granules, and melted butter to your Whiskware™ Batter Mixer and shake until well mixed and coffee has dissolved. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and shake again until combined.
2. Heat a large, lightly-greased skillet over medium heat. Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the top and edges, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
