Directions

  1. Step 1.

    Preheat oven to 425F (220C).

  2. Step 2.

    Place butter in a 9x9-inch pan and place in preheating oven to melt.

  3. Step 3.

    Mix eggs, milk, flour, and salt in your Whiskware Batter Mixer until well blended

  4. Step 4.

    Pour mixture into buttered pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Step 5.

    Top with lemon juice and powdered sugar, berries and whipped cream, or warm syrup.
