Basic EZ Omelet
1. Whip eggs, salt, and pepper in your Whiskware Egg Mixer until frothy. 2. Heat butter or oil in a 9-inch non-stick frying pan and pour in egg mixture. 3. After about 15 seconds, use a spatula to make 6-8 small cuts through omelet, allowing uncooked egg to flow to bottom of pan. 4. When top is nearly set, sprinkle fillings over half of omelet and turn off heat. Fold omelet in half with spatula and serve.
