Cheese and Herb Pikelets

Popular in Australia and New Zealand, the mini pancakes known as pikelets are perfect for meals or snacks. They also make delicious leftovers, whether warmed up or eaten cold.

Directions

  1. Step 1.

    Add the flour, milk, salt, and eggs to your Whiskware Batter Mixer and shake until smooth.  

  2. Step 2.

    Add the cheese and herbs and shake again.

  3. Step 3.

    Add 1/2 tbsp. of oil to a large pan and warm on low heat. 

  4. Step 4.

    Pour the batter to form three or four pikelets.

  5. Step 5.

    Cook for  3 - 4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!
