Roasted pecans with a tasty cinnamon-sugar coating. Serve as an appetizer, as a snack, chopped and added to your favorite salad, or atop ice cream or frozen yogurt to add crunch to a creamy dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250F (130C). Spread pecans on lightly buttered baking sheet. Add all ingredients, except pecans, to a Whiskware Egg Mixer and shake until well-blended (sugar does not need to dissolve). Pour cinnamon sugar mixture over pecans and toss until evenly coated. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Recipe Note
WHIP THIS UP WHEN: You crave a bit of crunch - alone, or added to practically any dish! DON'T FORGET: The Whiskware Egg Mixer whips up perfectly frothy eggs in a flash, and features a built-in egg cracker, a removable egg separator, and minimal mess.
