- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons dry instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Add egg, buttermilk, egg, coffee granules, and melted butter to your Whiskware Batter Mixer and shake until well mixed and coffee has dissolved. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and shake again until combined.
Heat a large, lightly-greased skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the top and edges, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
