Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to yourWhiskware™ Dressing Shaker and shake well.
Place burger patties in a food storage container and pour marinade over the top. Seal lid on container and marinate, refrigerated, for one hour or longer, turning at least once.
Grill burgers as desired.
