Key West Chicken
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh line juice
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Place chicken breasts in a shallow glass container. Blend all ingredients in a Whiskware Dressing Shaker and pour over chicken breasts.
Cover and marinade in refrigerator at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
Discard marinade and grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.
