- 2 cup shredded hash browns
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Place hash browns in lightly greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Layer ham and cheese on top of hash browns. 2. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in your Whiskware Egg Mixer and shake until smooth. Pour egg mixture evenly over ingredients in baking dish. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve warm. Tip: Goes great with salsa! For variety, try using frozen O'Brian style hash browns (potatoes with chopped peppers and onions).
