Pecan Banana Cinnamon Pancakes
Classic banana pancakes get a boost of protein and flavor plus added crunch with pecans and cinnamon in the mix. Feel free to get creative and pair other fruits with the tasty pecans; fresh strawberries and raspberries work well, or try dried cranberries for an unusual tangy twist.

Step 1.
Add egg and milk to your Whiskware Batter Mixer and whisk until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pecans and mix until well combined. Heat a large, lightly-greased skillet over medium heat. Pour batter to form pancakes, then add a few banana slices to each pancake. Cook until pancakes bubble on the top and edges, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Serve topped with additional pecans and bananas and pure maple syrup.
