Macadamia Nut French Toast

Buttery macadamia nuts mingle with a sprinkling of powdered sugar in this dreamy, make-ahead French toast. But be forewarned—it’s so sweet and yummy, your family might request it every week.


Serving Size: 1 slice

4 eggs

2/3 cup orange juice

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 1/2 inch slices

1/3 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup sliced macadamia nuts


  1. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange a single layer of bread on the bottom of the dish.
  2. Combine eggs, orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla in your Whiskware™ Egg Mixer and shake until smooth. Pour egg mixture on top of bead. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, turning once.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pour melted butter over bread. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bread is puffy and golden brown.
