2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 1/2 inch slices
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sliced macadamia nuts
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange a single layer of bread on the bottom of the dish.
- Combine eggs, orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla in your Whiskware™ Egg Mixer and shake until smooth. Pour egg mixture on top of bead. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, turning once.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pour melted butter over bread. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bread is puffy and golden brown.
