French Egg-White Omelet
Directions Heat oil in omelet pan on high heat. Combine egg whites, water, salt, and pepper in your Whiskware Egg Mixer and shake until frothy. Pour mixture into pan and cook over medium-high heat until slightly brown. Add your favorite fillings to center and fold over to finish cooking.
