French Egg-White Omelet
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- fillings of your choice: diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced peppers, diced ham, chopped bacon, chopped scallions, diced avocado, salsa, etc.
