Get up and get lucky! This St. Patrick's Day pancake rainbow will start your day right, fueling your hunt for the pot of gold.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pancake batter
- Whipped cream
- Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple food coloring
- Chocolate gold coins
Directions
- Add all ingredients for your favorite pancake mix to the Whiskware Batter Mixer and shake well. Heat the griddle to 350 degrees F. Pour some batter into the Whiskware Pancake Art bottle, add a couple drops of red food coloring, add the mini BlenderBall and shake. Repeat the process with orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple food coloring. You should have six bottles of different colored pancake batter. On the griddle, pour two pancakes of each color, about 3 inches in diameter. As the pancakes finish cooking, place them on a plate in a rainbow arc starting with red, then orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, overlapping as you go (as illustrated in the video above). Add whipped cream clouds at each end of the rainbow, plus chocolate gold coins to symbolize Leprechaun treasure.
