Ingredients
- 2 cups pancake batter
- Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple food coloring
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate gold coins
Directions
Add all ingredients for your favorite pancake mix to the Whiskware Batter Mixer and shake well.
Heat your griddle to 350F
Add your batter to your Whiskware Pancake Art Bottle and add a couple drops of red food coloring.
Repeat as needed for your desired colors.
Pour 3 inch round pancakes and cook.
Arrange the colored pancakes, overlapping, on a plate in the rainbow's arc.
OPTIONAL: Add whipped cream clouds at the base of your rainbow to simulate clouds. Plus, adding gold coins can symbolize the Leprechaun's treasure!
