Multi-purpose Miso Dressing works well with everything from spinach salads to noodle salads, as a marinade on fish, and even as a dipping sauce. Experiment with different types of miso and different ratios of ingredients to develop the flavor you love best.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons red or white miso paste

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons sesame oil

Generous squeeze of fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated

Optional: pinch of salt or sugar to adjust flavor to taste
Directions
