Macadamia Nut French Toast
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 1/2 inch slices
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sliced macadamia nuts
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange a single layer of bread on the bottom of the dish. Combine eggs, orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla in your Whiskware Egg Mixer and shake until smooth. Pour egg mixture on top of bead. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, turning once. Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Pour melted butter over bread. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bread is puffy and golden brown.
