The average vinaigrette doesn’t always cut it during cold winter weather. When you crave something a bit more robust—yet still healthy and simple to make—try this homemade Maple Dijon Dressing. It’s especially yummy on wintry salads that incorporate beets, squash, and nuts

Ingredients

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

4 teaspoons Digon mustard
-
4 teaspoons pure maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to your Whiskware™ Dressing Shaker and whisk together. Serve on your favorite salad and store the shaker with any leftover dressing in the fridge.
