2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, sliced
1 ounce feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Add eggs and spices to your Whiskware™ Egg Mixer and whisk together.
Heat oil over medium flame in a medium pan. Pour egg mixture into pan and sprinkle onion, tomato, and feta evenly atop eggs.
When nearly firm, use a soft spatula to lift one side of the omelet and fold in half. Allow to cook a few more minutes until inside of omelet cooks through.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
