Jicama and mangoes are warm-weather staples in Mexico. Surely you’re familiar with the undeniably sweet fruit of the mango. But if you’ve never heard of jicama, you’re in for a tasty surprise. Paired with mango and plenty of lime, jicama makes a refreshing, cool slaw to balance the spice in many Mexican meals.
