Not-So-Classic Caesar Dressing
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- Freshly ground black pepper and additional sea salt, to taste
- Directions 1. Add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, and salt to your Whiskware Dressing Shaker and whisk until well blended. Add water as needed until the dressing has a nice, smooth consistency. 2. Season with pepper and additional salt to taste.
