Pumpkin mania is alive and well with these flavorful waffles, perfect for warming up on a cold winter day. Top with chopped nuts to add an element of crunch, plus pure maple syrup to sweeten your plate.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sweetener
- Optional pecans or walnuts, chopped
Directions
