Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
Large tub of ice cream (vanilla or other flavor of choice)
Assorted toppings (chopped nuts, crushed candy bars, chocolate or caramel chips, sprinkles, etc.)
Directions
Mix milk, flour, salt, sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and baking powder in your Whiskware™ Batter Mixer and shake until smooth.
Pour batter onto waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Set waffles aside.
Empty the tub of ice cream onto a cutting board and slice ice cream into 1-inch thick slices. Sandwich an ice cream slice in between 2 waffles, then trim ice cream as needed to fit the shape of the waffles.

Roll the edges of each ice cream sandwich in your topping of choice (topping will stick to exposed ice cream). Enjoy!
