Directions Add beets, carrot, jicama, apple, and kale to a large salad bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, honey, and poppy seeds to your Whiskware Dressing Shaker and whisk together. Pour dressing over vegetables (as much or as little as you prefer) and toss until well coated. Top with avocado and walnuts, plus your protein of choice (grilled chicken, grilled salmon, hard boiled eggs, etc.)
