Forest Fruits Pancakes

There’s something wonderfully wholesome about made-from-scratch pancakes, sweetened with fresh berries and honey. Juicy forest fruits (a blend of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries—or any berries you prefer) provide beautiful color, healthy antioxidants, and unbeatable fresh flavor to your morning meal.

Ingredients

Serving Size: 2 Pancakes

1 1/3 cup milk

1 1/4 cup flour

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 egg

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

fresh blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries

honey

butter

  1. Lightly grease and preheat a griddle or large skillet.
  2. Add all ingredients from milk through baking powder to your Whiskware Batter Mixer and shake until combined. 
  3. Pour rounds of batter onto griddle or skillet, then add a generous amount of fresh blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to each pancake. Cook until golden, flipping once.
  4. Serve topped with additional berries, butter, and honey.
