Goat Cheese Cranberry Salad
Tasty pieces of candied pecans add a welcome crunch to this salad, which makes a delicious side for any dinner. Or, add grilled chicken breast or skirt steak and serve it as a main meal. Either way, you'll love the salad's standout flavors especially the sugary-sweet pecans, which are surprisingly simple to make.
