Ingredients
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons finely chopped shallots
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups sugar snap peas, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 cup shelled green peas
1 small fennel bulb, trimmed and cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
Directions
Place snap peas, green peas, fennel, and tarragon in a large bowl.
Add vinegar, oil, mustard, shallots, and salt to your Whiskware™ Dressing Shakerand whisk together; then toss salad in plenty of dressing.
Add black pepper to taste. Garnish with fennel fronds and toasted walnuts.
