A delicious, creamy, dairy-free dressing with Mediterranean roots. Enjoy Tahini Dressing over salad greens, on a falafel-filled pita sandwich, or as a dip for fresh-cut veggies like cucumber, bell pepper, and jicama.

Ingredients

Serving Size: 2 T

1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup tamari (dark soy sauce)

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root

2 cloves garlic, pressed

black pepper to taste
