Tahini Salad Dressing

This homemade salad dressing gets a hint of creaminess from the addition of tahini.

Ingredients

Serving Size: 2 T

1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup tamari (dark soy sauce)

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root

2 cloves garlic, pressed

black pepper to taste
